Radiology software built in Indonesia

Orders in.
Reports out.
On your server.

Most delays in radiology are not reading time. They are orders retyped into a second system, studies that never reach the right screen, and reports waiting to be delivered. VEXA RIS, VEXA PACS and the patient link close that chain — on servers you control, connected to the SIMRS you already run.

  • DICOM-based imaging
  • On-premise or private cloud
  • HIS / SIMRS integration
  • Role-based access

Value proposition

Technology Designed Around Healthcare Workflows.

Every VEXA module starts from the operational reality of a clinical department — not from a feature list.

Connected Systems

Data and workflow continuity between modalities, information systems and clinical teams, within the integration scope of each deployment.

Efficient Workflows

Fewer manual hand-offs on processes that have already been digitised, with clear status from registration through reporting.

Accessible Imaging

Diagnostic images available where clinical decisions happen, following the access rights and capabilities configured for your facility.

Flexible Integration

Deployment shaped around existing HIS, SIMRS and modality infrastructure, based on compatibility and implementation requirements.

VEXA RIS · Featured product

Radiology Workflow, Simplified.

Manage radiology workflows through a unified interface designed to improve operational visibility and support coordination across the examination process.

  • Radiology worklist management — pending, scheduled, CITO and completed studies in one queue.
  • Examination workflow tracking — status per study, from registration to distribution.
  • Technologist & reporting workflow — role-based views for technologists, radiologists and administration.
  • Operational dashboard — modality mix, reporting progress and distribution progress at a glance.

VEXA PACS · Featured product

See More. Connect Better.

Bring medical imaging into a connected digital workflow with a viewer experience designed for efficient study navigation and diagnostic image visualisation.

  • DICOM study visualisation — axial, sagittal and coronal planes linked by crosshair reference.
  • Multiplanar reconstruction — simultaneous MPR viewports with volume rendering for bone and soft tissue.
  • Study & series navigation — thumbnails, series metadata and slice position always in reach.
  • Cross-device viewing — desktop workstation and mobile layout for the same study.
Explore VEXA PACS Watch Magic Volume Masking

Availability of MPR, 3D rendering and mobile viewing depends on product configuration and scope.

VEXA PACS mobile layout showing the same CT study in a 2x2 multiplanar grid with slice control and layout selector.

AI in the viewer

Magic Volume Masking

Turn a tumour or a haemorrhage into a measured volume. The mask is drawn across every plane, rendered in 3D, and quantified — inside the web viewer, from any browser.

Demonstration study Segmentation, 3D surface and volume readout in one browser session.
  1. 01

    Segment once, see it everywhere

One mask is drawn over the lesion and stays aligned across axial, sagittal and coronal views, so the same volume is visible in every plane.

  2. 02

    Volume instead of estimation

The viewer reports the measured volume of the segmented structure and renders its 3D surface — useful for tracking a tumour or a haemorrhage between studies.

  3. 03

    Anywhere there is a browser

No workstation install: open the study in the web viewer on any connected device, in the radiology department or on another site.

See it on your own study

Shown on a demonstration study. Availability of AI segmentation depends on the deployed configuration, and results are intended to support — not replace — review by a qualified clinician.

Cardiology & laboratory

Beyond Imaging.

The same connected data approach applied to cardiac waveforms and laboratory information.

Digital Cardiology

VEXA ECG Viewer

Connected cardiac data, clearer workflows. Open a study and the whole record is in one place: a 12-lead view you can read lead by lead, measurement calipers on the trace, and an automatic analysis that states its conclusion in plain language.

  • AI interpretation — rhythm, rate and axis read straight off the trace into a stated conclusion
  • 12-lead display with lead separation — limb and precordial leads laid out individually, not one flattened strip
  • Calipers & measurement tools — RR, PR, QRS and QT measured on the waveform itself
  • Patient and examination information beside the trace, plus external system integration where supported

Illustration of the viewer. AI interpretation summarises the recording as decision support — it does not replace a cardiologist's reading.

Integration & technology

Built for Connected Healthcare.

Integration is scoped per deployment and validated against the systems already in place — no universal-compatibility claims.

Patient Portal Ready. Once a report is verified, distribution sends the patient a secure link through the WhatsApp Business gateway or email. The link opens the expertise report together with the examination images — no app install, no account to create. Share scope and link expiry are set per deployment.

SATUSEHAT — Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia
Official platform

Integrated with SATUSEHAT — Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia

Patient, encounter and diagnostic-result data are exchanged with the SATUSEHAT platform as part of the integration scope agreed for each deployment.

DICOM imaging

Study exchange and storage where supported by the deployed modality and configuration.

HL7 / FHIR

Available where the implementation and the connected system support the relevant message or resource profile.

HIS / RIS / PACS

Integration with existing hospital information systems according to compatibility and implementation scope.

Medical devices

Modality and analyser connectivity following the protocols each device provides.

Access & data control

Role-based access and data handling as implemented in your deployment — not a certification claim.

Deployment

On-premise servers or private cloud, sized together with your IT team before go-live.

About VEXA

Healthcare Technology with a Practical Perspective.

VEXA IMAGING builds medical software for the departments that run on it every day. The work is product-focused, workflow-oriented and integration-minded — and the claims on this site stay inside what the product can actually do.

Vision: to advance healthcare through connected, intelligent, and accessible medical software.

  1. 01

    Product-focused development

Features ship when they hold up in a real department, not when they look good in a slide.

  2. 02

    Workflow-oriented design

Interfaces mirror the sequence of work: register, examine, report, distribute.

  3. 03

    Integration-minded architecture

Built to sit beside an existing HIS, SIMRS or PACS rather than replace it wholesale.

  4. 04

    Responsive user experience

Workstation, laptop and mobile layouts designed for the same clinical task.

  5. 05

    Implementation support

Technical consultation through deployment, including sizing and integration scoping.
